Febuary 24th

We spend all day yesterday getting everything loaded back in the coach.  That included the CAR (RZR), along with all of our trade show stuff.  But before we could start on that project we need to finish the 30 Day Copper Canyon trip paper work.  By 9:15 AM it was on its way back to the office.  Got that done along with the budget e-mailed to the office also.  Now back to getting everything packed into the trailer and truck.
The first trip to the storage unit was for all of our personal stuff and a couple of boxes for trade shows.  I can't believe all of this stuff came out of the bunk area, we are having problems getting it back in there.  After moving things around a couple of times it all fit. 
Then it was time for Turbo to head for Pet Smart for his nail's being trimmed and bath and the rest that goes with it. While he was having that done we headed for Costco and Wal-Mart for a few things we needed for the next week. After we left Wal-Mart it was time to pick up Turbo and head back and get the truck loaded with what was left in the storage unit.
OK, truck is loaded trailer is ready to be moved, now all that is left is fill the fresh water tank and dump black water.  By 9:15 AM we were pulling the trailer out so we could load the CAR and had for the Phoenix International Raceway for the Good Sam Rally.  We know more than pulled onto I-10 and about 4 miles towards Phoenix it was closed because of a wreck and death.  So here we were heading down back roads.  For a drive that should of been an hour it took us just about two hours to get their. 
We got the trailer set up and went and looked at our booth, ate lunch and head back with all the banners and things that we need to set up the booth.  Their was suppose to be another couple helping us, but the last minute he had some medical issues.  So now we are short a 6 foot table, off to Costco to get another one. 
So we had been using the CAR to go back an forth from the coach and the tent (it is about 1 mile from where we are parked).  I got stopped by security and told that I could not drive my CAR any more per the raceways policy.  So it is parked for now anyway. Wait and see what happens tomorrow.
Speaking of tomorrow We have our first Seminar tomorrow at 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM on Traveling to Alaska my favorite.  The Vendor area does not open tell Thursday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  I think we are ready, if not we will put on a good face and flow with what ever happens.
