January 5th

What a beautiful day.  The sun is back out the air is getting warm again and I think tomorrow the shorts will be back out and the jeans go into hiding again.  We got up early this morning to go out for a ride with the group here in the park.  We head down towards Florence, AZ about 30 miles south of here.
We had 9 cars today and one quad and we went towards box canyon from the south today.
Look who is driving today, Yep, Cyndy was at the helm.  She really did a great job of getting us over a lot of rocks and some pretty steep trails as you will see in the up coming pictures.  Way to go honey you are no longer a beginner you have graduated to the next level.
At least one thing nice about todays ride, with the snow and rain we had last week it keep the dust down a little bit.
 Little bit of rock crawling.
Here we are taking a break.
As we were heading up this one hill we came around a bend and look what we found in a very steep ravine.
It kind of looks like a full size suburban that did a few roles down the hill.  There didn't look like anyone was hurt and didn't find anyone inside of it, that was good.
Where those people are standing is where it looks like it rolled from.  The trail is narrow in that spot and that vehicle should of never been on it.
This is where it rolled from.
We did see some other great rock formations and sights.

We had a great day today and Cyndy really did great.  I think she is going to be doing a lot more driving in the future.  It makes me feel great to see here drive and having fun.
